Typo in docs #891

I've noticed an inconsistency in the capitalization of letters within the docs section. Some letters start with capital letters, while others don't. This inconsistency affects the overall readability and professionalism of the content.

Hi! Everything under tbDEX SDK -> API Reference comes from the docs in the tbDEX project. The issue would need to be raised there.
