Add "Copy as FTL command" button to Console requests #2753

A button on the Console verb call page that takes the current request and body, and copies ftl call <module>.<verb> <body> to the clipboard

Also add the button to the Events / Log screen 🙏

Similarly, we can/should add copy curl command to HTTP ingress requests
