[x] Switch inline code to code fences to enable easier copy/paste of commands
[x] Structure/nest headings for parsing table of contents
[x] Force wrap text (gq via vim) for easier editing/reading within terminal/smaller screens
[x] added acronym expansion for DIDs
[x] added links for platform specific installations
One of the inlined pieces of code will need to be updated with the permalink so it renders properly without the code typo. Will open another one-line PR for that since we can only do that after merging.
