an example param you'd want to filter by is which regional customer is supported by a PFI, i.e. top level region field - https://github.com/TBD54566975/tbdex/issues/324

another useful param to filter by would be payin/payout currency (was removed in https://github.com/TBD54566975/tbdex/pull/302)
