Add `credentialStatus` support to `vc.Create` for revocation #152

Allow issued VCs to have credentialStatus property that specifies how a verifier can perform revocation checks.

We should be implementing Status List 2021

When we adopt v2 of the VC Data Model we will upgrade to Bitstring Status List.
