I recommend using the examples in the spec as a starting place.

@decentralgabe I don't think those examples are useful for did:web resolution. They only describe an example of what a did document may look like. The more important examples I'll use are examples 4, 5 and 6 (from https://w3c-ccg.github.io/did-method-web/#example-creating-the-did)
