Decide on how we intend to support Android #20

We don't yet have a cemented path for supporting Android. It could either be through our pre-existing Kotlin SDK or bindings exposed via Rust.

Need to decide on how soon we're hoping to have Android support

I would like to have a deep dive on what functionality we think is needed on a client and what is part of the server and how much overlap there is. I am all for reuse and engineering optimization, but we might make things harder then needed as well.
