Investigate did:dht in React Native #166

We need to investigate https://github.com/TBD54566975/did-dht-method compatibility with RN

Update: As of https://github.com/TBD54566975/web5-js/pull/240/files there were no breaking changes to web5/dids. Once a release is cut with did:dht being exported I'll go ahead and test did:dht functionality.
