The plugin doesn't take the admin permission into account for channelcon perm test #115

Description: The channelcon command requires the manage channel permission even if the user has admin rights.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Have only the admin permission given to you
  2. Run the channelcon command

Result: The plugin claims that the user doesn't have the manage permission

Expected Result: The permission is recognised
