Don't limit furnaces for server members #35

Instead of changing the default value in the config, giving permission to server members to practically use as many furnaces as they need. Just to be sure, newcomers can still only use 20 furnaces.

Is there a mechanism for people to get shifted from newb to member, or is it always manual?

There is, once either 7 days passed since the player's first login on our server, or 12 hours played in total, they will be added to the member group.
