Smaller ships and airships have cruise speeds re-adjusted to make stopping and walking while cruising easier.
Torpedo tweaked to no longer use gravity, max size and explosive potency lowered to compensate.
Cannon buffed slightly to compensate for torpedoes being tweaked.

Should we update to the latest Movecraft now? I don't really see any issues with it, at least for piloting crafts anyways.

Asking because then we may not need to tune the max values down. Either way, I think this PR should be merged today.
