Add no HDR / no powerstate support to PicCap UI + advanced settings button fix #67

Addresses https://github.com/TBSniller/piccap/issues/47 and brings the options

to disable HDR state switch (https://github.com/webosbrew/hyperion-webos/pull/87)
to disable powerstate check (https://github.com/webosbrew/hyperion-webos/pull/87) to be set from UI.

Also includes small fix to advanced button in settings page, which needed a second click to open the advance menu. (https://github.com/TBSniller/piccap/issues/48)
