Adjust doc and deploy command #262

Based on https://github.com/TBXark/ChatGPT-Telegram-Workers/blob/master/doc/en/DEPLOY.md#automatic-deployment the last step is to run npm run deploy but this command currently doesn't exist.

  1. Adds command npm run deploy
  2. Adjust docs en & cn
