The basic ontologie on which others build upon (Relationship Ontology (ro.obo)) is no longer available under the URL used in the CHADO Makefile.
New location is at https://github.com/oborel/obo-relations
This is really a bug in CHADO. So should be reported but a workaround could be implemented in the meantime.
