Make title of the instance configurable #27

The title of an instance is currently TBro. This is not suitable for most productive instances. They should have a name like "Transcriptome of Organism X". So this value should be configurable in the main config.php. The same thing applies for the TBro Icon beside the name on the welcome page.

Done. Added config value INSTANCE_TITLE. Use wwwroot/img/instance_logo as logo for the instance (can be replaced by a custom image).
