Fail intelligently if we haven't ran "update" on a repo #13

At the moment, calcpkg just kinda crashes. I discovered this for myself when frantically installing it on my laptop to download some calculator files onto my friend's calculator tonight.

This should really be fixed, and it'd be an easy fix-- just needs to get done.
