Hi,One of the package (probatch) is no longer supported by the bioconductor depository. Please use the previous R version for now. Another option is to manually install probatch package onto R 4.3.0. which you could download the R package from online, then choose "install from local file" for installation options inside R. I will make changes in about one month time, please try these options before that. Thank you for bearing with me!  -------- Original message --------From: Balgovindya @.> Date: 29/05/2023 20:28 (GMT+08:00) To: TCB-yehong/PhosPiR @.> Cc: Subscribed @.***> Subject: [TCB-yehong/PhosPiR] Problem with R version 4.3.0 (Issue #4) Describe the bug I have used PhosPiR in previous version of R (4.2.2) for my phosphopreotemics data, but as I updated to the R (4.3.0) I am unablr to use it.
