Add TCEC S6 special event FRC games into the database #10

The games are found in https://www.chessbomb.com/arena/2014-tcec-s6se . We should add them into the database as a S6 bonus event, I guess.

I found the original PGN. I'm including it in the PR for the S21-final release, commit 7a504234b9fb9fc9849fbdd59ee5dc58281bd783 (temporary)
