Change for "Crash info" section of the website

For me Eng wording of this website section seems a bit wrong. This example is taken from TCEC S20 QL (sorry, I have awful editing skills and did this in MS Paint). For "Reason" column we see error parameters. This is somewhat weird imo. I suggest changing the name of this column to "Error". For a "Final Decision" column we see the actual reason of the error. As you can probably guess, I suggest to call this column "Reason". The "Final Decision" now becomes useless I guess, so I removed it... Russian translations (actually only 1 new translation) are built-in, but I can't do the same for other languages, since I don't know them:( Let this be handled by you, dear GUI developers.

I think "reason" and "final decision" are correct:

• reason is the reason for the crash, here we see that "white disconnects", this caused the crash, so this is the reason. Yes, this contains an "error" as you wrote, but in this case, an error is also a reason. The column cannot be renamed to "error" because sometimes there is no error (network disconnect) or sometimes the error is not known.
• final decision is what the admins consider what the result should be, because of that crash, was it the engine fault or was it because of the network (so the game should be resumed) etc, so it's the final verdict or consequence of the crash, not the reason.

Basically, there is a logical sequence here: CRASH occured => look at the REASON and analyse it => make a final verdict or FINAL DECISION based on that analysis => decide which ACTION should be TAKEN.

Reason is reason for the entry: sometimes it's not engine crash at all. Can be issue outside engines or engine lost on time. Final decision is decision by me usually, but could also be after consulting with TD. It's decision about whether engine or outside issue is at fault.
