@scottleibrand That document references an earlier document, https://docs.google.com/document/d/1p1ilU2coHO_1w9HoxOgoNSprHYOSYqhFRvw5-GQkPPQ/edit#heading=h.8kmwqlq1gozc with the 3/28 version of CEN proposals. Those proposals were removed from the doc you linked above; are they still relevant?
