[Suggestion] Please use -nofriendsui when switching accounts #343

Steam turned off the Friends Network on month old Steam versions but using the -nofriendsui command still works The new UI is terrible and many people are still using the last version of Steam before the new UI update. Hope this command can be added for switching accounts @TCNOco
