Choen implementation

This pull request adds the following features:

• Everything that was removed from the MTP-DB is now here;
• The README.md file was made useful;
• There's a makefile that can now run the whole analysis, from dowloading the raw data to generating the paper.
• A dockefile was added in order to containerize the pipeline. The script ./rndkr launches it (refer to the README.md).
• Deseq2 was removed in favour of Cohen's D.
• A bug was introduced (see #1), but a band-aid fix was implemented (see the source code).
