As of now, the makefile downloads the raw data from Xena, but that might change without warning. We should:

[ ] Check if the Xena lincense allows redistribution;
[ ] Find somewhere to store this data (Zenodo?);
[ ] Use the new "frozen" link to get the data, so it cannot change in the future.

This idea should be applied to basically anything tbh: Freeze the data first, run the pipeline later.

Re-uploaded (with permission) the data I need on Zenodo (https://zenodo.org/records/10944168). Fixed in 4012180
