Add an option to not include statistic name to column names when running `countFASTQ` #9

For an easier time scripting, it would be nice to have countFASTQ to not add the name of the selected metric to the column names that it generates.

Current behaviour:

XXXXXX_expected_count,YYYYYY_expected count Behaviour with new flag:
XXXXXX,YYYYYY

I suggest the name of -r | --raw for this flag.
