Added Section 14

Looks good! @Kraniket901

  1. Can add an animated counter for the teams, colleges and counters data.
  2. If the user scrolls the counter starts. Use react counter or any other library for this.
  3. Put proper margin around the section, too much on the above (between section and about us) and too little below(between section and events).
