Issue Description:

Current Behavior:

The current CSS styling positions cards within a grid layout on an elliptical path but has issues:

The ellipse is incomplete or not fully visible due to svg properties such as height being very less.
Cards are not accurately positioned along the entire elliptical path.

Expected Behavior:

Fix the dashed ellipse to make it complete and fully visible.
Enhance the CSS code to ensure precise card positioning along the entire elliptical path, achieving a visually pleasing effect.
