Ynesai tsokni drink item has the wrong name and ID. #615

Ynesai tsokni is still called pudjing in data, even though the actual Esri pudjing is merged. The ID and item name needs to be changed.

T_Yne_Drink_Pudjing -> T_Yne_Drink_Tsokni Pudjing -> Tsokni

Deprecate 'T_Yne_Drink_Pudjing'

T_PI_Random_DrinkYnesai leveled list needs to be updated with the new item ID.
