Hangout toolbox missing features #110

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. When launching Hangout Toolbox, tool is missing most features
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Country and many features.  I see only lower third w/ my name

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Recently installed.

I have the same issue. I do not see all the features. I only see attached. Does 
anyone have a resolution for this?
