Unit 1, Lesson 1 outdated editor files #376

Lesson 1 of unit 1 contains markdown and image files for setting up Trinket and replit. Neither of those editors are currently recommended editors for the TEALS Program. Need to delete the unrelated files and ensure there are no broken links in the lesson plan as a result.
