I exported my android library to a jar file and added that as an external jar dependency (so it's one less absolute path to change in the buildfile). However, I can't change the ECLIPSE_HOME variable - not sure if it's required to build, but please change it to reflect your own Eclipse location just to be safe if you're going to demo this buildfile of this branch.
