What can be improved on the system? What can be added to the system? Student that are enrolled in past teams and the team has seen been expired should not appear in the student record anymore. If not there will be alot of expired groups that the student more or less would not be bothered to see and the view becomes very messy and complicated and will have to scroll alot. Please specify: 1) Exact page to implement/improve feature Student Home page 2) The details of the feature Remove teams or groups that are no long valid or no longer active after a certain time. So to do that probably instructors can an option to set the date and time when the group will automatically close, and so the record will disappear from the student page.

I discovered this because several modules i have taken uses teammates.

Imagine if Teammates were to be widely used one day like facebook and many different instructors for many different modules uses teammates, when the student has finish taking all the modules, all those past existing module team records etc will still be there and it will certainly turn off the student.

Alternatively one more way to solve this is provide an ARCHIVE option for the student, so when the student click onto the ARCHIVE link, he and she will be able to see teams that he/she was in the past. And so the student home page will only have active groups and so the view will be much cleaner.

Good point Shawn. We are currently working on a way to display only the recent modules and sort based on time, with an option to see older ones.

When TEAMMATES is widely used, students will have lots of peer evaluations from different peers from different modules. This data, taken together, provides a "resume" of the students conduct as seen by his/her peers. This is a valuable testimony to the student. In the future, we plan to allow the student to share this info with potential employers or publish as part of an online survey.

We prefer to keep all data, unless the instructor deletes the course.
