When adding a new instructor to a course, the new instructor receives an email like this:
Hello Adam,
The course ZYX is using the TEAMMATES System to collect peer evaluations.
You have been assigned an instructor role for the course.
To "join" the course, please go to this Web address:
https://teammatesv4.appspot.com/page/instructorCourseJoin?key=fdfsdsfs
*If prompted to log in, use your Google account to log in.
If you do not have a Google account, please create one from the Google Accounts page.
*The above link is unique to you. Please do not share it with others.
If you encounter any problems when using the system, you can email TEAMMATES
support team at fsfsdfd@comp.nus.edu.sg.

This email can also include information on who added the receiver to the course, possibly with his/her contact info so that the receiver can write back to the 'sender' if needed.
