AWS 스토리지 서비스 (S3) 연결

S3에 연결하기 위한 설정을 build.gradle, application-local.yaml 파일들에 해두었습니다.
application-local.yaml에서 사용되는 IMA acces_key와 secret_key는 따로 공유하도록 하겠습니다! (AWS 접속 pem key와 함께, 절대로 유출되면 안돼요~)
actor에서 이미지를 upload 하는 skel을 제작해두었습니다. 이건 추후에 개발하면서 제거해주세요!

이 PR은 #66 이 머지되면 풀 받고 exception 관련 수정한 후에 다시 올리고 머지하도록 할게요!

@hihiboss 완료! InternalServerErrorException은 #66 에서 Exception 구조 전체적으로 변경해주므로, 우선은 틀로만 제작해둿어용~
