Hey! We are working on getting the info we need to revamp the DIBELS data model for the progress monitoring part. Last year, it was very "vibes"-driven, but this year, we will be using preset rounds with start/end dates, as well as specific goals by grade/round/measure.
My original plan was to drop the reporting dates on the Reporting Terms tab on the Reporting Dates G-Sheet. Then, create a separate location under Assessments, where I enter the goals by school year/region/grade/round/measure, and then join them on the view.
However, to get all the data in one place from Sabine, we used this user-facing template. I dropped that template as a new tab on the Assessments G-Sheet for now. Since Sabine still owes me the rounds/goals for 3-8 grades, I am currently loading this tab with an IMPORTRANGE. I will be removing that when the final rounds/goals are done.
I trust whatever route you wanna take to get this onto BQ. Just wanted to give you the context for the madness :P
