When increasing the size of the HARP window, the size empty space between the media display and the buttons is increasing. It's better if the media display area increases instead (especially for the pianoRoll)
When decreasing the size of the HARP window, the pianoRoll view is decreasing, and after a point it causes the app to freeze. We should set a minimum size for the media display area to prevent extreme shrinkage.
