Companion app, unable to accept call, when video is enabled on extension

Hi

calling from softphone to the sip card works in chrome, but if you accept the call with companion apps, it fails seems it has todo with video

if i disable video support on the extension registered with the card in freepbx , then answering works if i disable video call on the softphone, it works

enabling video, then answering on the sip card fails
