Cannot get card to connect

When I install the SIP card I never get the following. You should now see SIP.js Client. Click INSTALL

You talking about adding the repo to hacs? Make sure you selected it as a card, not a theme or integration.

yes we couldnt connect on the front end all repositories and add-ons are installed .... does it uses https://?

Are you getting a error, or did you not manage to install the card?

I can't see your image. Don't think that works via email.
