External FreePBX server doesn't seem to work #88

I've got a existing FreePBX running on another server in the network. When I add the card to my dashboard and configure it with the server ip, port and the extension credentials my Asterisk cli says that the extention is still offline.

Can you share your browser and asterisk logs?

Yes offcourse. Tell me exactly which logs you'd want me to provide and i'll send them to you. Also. Can you provide me with an example configuration yaml of the card of which you know it works? Cans be a configuration error in my card ofcourse.

In your browser, press F12 and look for the console. If there are any errors you can find them there. If you don't see any errors there, then look at the Asterisk logs in FreePBX.
