We need a banner for the Readme to follow the template and also another one for the contributing guidelines

Sep 12th Update:

• Created the Ravada readme header in svg format using Inkscape. Exported a png file with the correspondent resolution (1000x250).
• Created the Ravada Contributing Guidelines header in svg format using Inkscape. Exported a png file with the correspondent resolution (2084x323).
• Created a UPC logo grayscale variant for the new footer using Inkscape and Paint.Net.
• Created the Ravada footer in svg format using Inkscape. Exported a png file with the correspondent resolution (2084x323).
• Created a .zip document including the new set of Ravada assets.
