If we decide to switch to semver: what would be the activities, and what is the impact (id creation logic?)

  1. Update version number in the Google Spreadsheet.

Marina fixes the column in spreadsheet (version 4 -> version 4.0.0, etc).

New column "semver_version_number" was added to spreadsheet. Old integer versions were deleted from Ontoserver and new semver versions imported.
