synonym is it the attribute of concept or type of designation? #71

Should we reimport the code system that contains the attribute "synonym" in the form when synonym is the part of designation?

Fix myself. According to https://hl7.org/fhir/codesystem-concept-properties.html the synonym is "This property contains an alternative code that may be used to identify this concept instead of the primary code". Synonym = alternative code, like in "CS Diagnoosi statistiline liik". But we should review the usage of the property "synonym" in the migration. If it used as kind of designation then other property should be used (display, definition or new property for designations).
