On line 11 of the file html/html_figures.xsl the namespace prefix teix: is incorrectly bound to http://www.tei-c.org/ns/ instead of http://www.tei-c.org/ns/Examples.
No one has noticed since at least 2013 because that namespace prefix is never actually used in the file.
