The <attDef mode="delete">s for include, except, and key fail to delete those attributes from the <moduleRef> element when I process the following ODD using the Stylesheets, whether I do so via oXygen or with Roma on the commandline.
I think this is because those three attributes are all defined in an <attList org="choice"> that is inside another <attList>.
