Per Paderborn F2F, as part of some GitHub cleaning up, council decided to do the following:
Remove the Slack notifications from actions (both in TEIC/TEI and TEIC/Stylesheets) to remove the dependency
Remove Travis configuration (both in TEIC/TEI and TEIC/Stylesheets), since we no longer use Travis CI (and haven't for a while)
