https://tei-c.org/vault/ currently 404s, it should redirect to https://tei-c.org/Vault/ or https://vault.tei-c.org/

@jamescummings is https://tei-c.org/vault/ linked from a specific place on the website, or is / was the link circulating and therefore we should make a general redirect.

@TEIC/tei-infrastructure-group does anyone know how those redirects are handled currently? via Wordpress plugin or via the Webserver?
