missing space #2225

While it is not necessarily incorrect encoding, the example of <cl> in its tagdoc is missing a space between “so,” and “They”. It is not necessarily incorrect because a project could decide that, by default, break="yes" on <cl>. But that would be a bad thing to exemplify without explaining it. So either way this example needs to be updated.

(Personally, I think the fix is just to insert a space before the <cl> start tag.)

Council follows the advice of the breakout group to

add space after or before <cl> and surround the example with <l> to account because it is verse (hence the uppercase T in “They”). The same problem occurs in the following example (which is in French). Green for Janelle to fix.
