So far, teidata.numeric allows xsd.decimal, which per definition takes numerals with a decimal point. It would be helpful to allow numerals with decimal comma as well. This would require another attribute for specifying which kind of numeral one can expect within the element (and @quantity attribute). It would be similar to the @calendar on att.datable.
