The Guidelines should discuss or exemplify how to ascribe an <sp> to a character who is not listed in the source dramatis personæ.

Easy fix. I will do this one after Council F2F. A lot of plays don't have a cast list. One can make one in the <teiHeader> in a <listPerson> in the <profileDesc>. For speakers not listed in that list (e.g., "All," "Lords," "Sarah and Sally"), LEMDO has some examples that I'll add to the Guidelines.

We probably don't need to discuss in Council but instead request 3 reviews.

Just to make the obvious point that a listPerson is by no means the same kind of animal as a castList!
