Add speaker to att.placement #2572

Please add speaker to att.placement. It's common for manuscript and printed plays to put speech prefixes in a variety of places. The editors for the Linked Early Modern Drama Online project are requesting this change. See screenshot below from a single manuscript with speech prefixes in three different places.

This ticket is similar to #2528 and could be dealt with at the same time.
