James suggests adding "The Text Encoding Initiative and the Study of Literature" that's in "A Companion to Digital Literary Studies" as well.

The page http://www.tei-c.org/Support/Learn/ links only to pages maintained on the TEI-C website, not to any particular document, and I can no longer recall why I was thinking that these two chapters should be added to this page instead of the Zotero group library (the source of data for the TEI bibliography).

The Renear chapter was already in Zotero, but I've just added the Cummings chapter.
